Phra Khun Phaen Museum, Wat Pa Leelai Worawihan, Suphanburi Province.

What is Plai Guman powder ???

Luang Pu Tim of Wat Lahanrai used to create Pong Plai Guman powder followed very ancient ways, which only a few monks had the knowledge to create successfully.

Kon Kulahp (the disciple of Luang Pu Tim) was instructed by Luang Pu Tim to find the corpse of a woman that died during pregnancy and the woman should have died on a Saturday and cremated on a Tuesday. He was further told that once such a cadaver was located that he should remove parts of the child's skull, from the unborn fetus and not look back once the sacred material had been secured. This was carried out in accordance with the wishes of Luang Pu Tim.

Luang Pu Tim chanted a special Katha for one week in order to prevent the spirit departing from the Plai Guman. Once completed, Kon Kulahp was instructed to pound and grind the material into a fine powder, which he commenced to do, before becoming somewhat disturbed by sparks emanating from the mortar. He had to burn incense and ask for forgiveness before this phenomena abated.

Luang Pu Tim took the Plai Guman powder and mixed it with a number of other sacred powders including, Itije powder, Patamang powder, Jindahmanee powder and 108 different herbs and sedges. The mixture was chanted for days on end.

General Khun Paen
Legendary Khun Paen lived between 1491-1529. He is the legendary Ayuthaya warrior living some 450 years ago. His name later became the name of a kind of votive tablets found at Wat Bangkrang, Suphanburi Province, about a century ago. Khun paen was born in Suphanburi Province (some 70 km. northwest of Bangkok) but grew up in the close bordered Kanchanaburi Province, where the world wide well-known "Bridge over River Kwai" situated.

He was a disciple of Archan Kong, a magic-expert guru monk, for magical studies. By his skillful fighting, he was appointed by the king to be Khun or a high ranking military officer.

His biography was far more extended and rather a story by poetic authors of the early Rattanakosin period.

Luang Phor SaWai
Luang Phor SaWai of Wat PreeDaRarm, NaKhon Pathom province. LP was born in Ayutthaya province on 18 January 1921. LP SaWai was novice at the age of 16 at Wat PreeDaRarm and was ordained as a monk on 4 July 1941. He was ordained by LP Yai, Phra Arjarn Jerm and Phra Arjarn Pleung and was given the religious name of TiTaVaNo.

He has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. In addition, LP commenced studies in Visha (magic) and making efficacious amulets from LP Poon of Wat MaiPinGlee-oh, LP Ngurn of Wat YaiSom, Arjarn Yung, LP Kow of Wat YaiSom, Arjarn PinRaud, Arjarn Cham, LP PaLudToo of Wat NgaungSur-ah, and LP PraPun ComeSing.

LP SaWai went also called “Tudong” in the jungle alone at Northeast of Thailand. Tudong is monk’s journey to gain knowledge, to build up good karma and to know the teaching of Buddha. Asian people such as Thai, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong respect such a monk who made amulet was very famous in wealth and protection. LP was well known among amulet collectors. Many people said that LP SaWai was a monk who possessed a lot of metta (loving-kindness) and bahramee (power). LP SaWai was well known for making “Phra Khun Paen” LP SaWai passed away on 11 November 2000 at the age of 80.

Luang Phor Chuen, Wat Yan Sen, Ayutthaya.

Luang Phor Chuen was born on 18 March B.E.2450 (1907) in the Ngaung-Kae of the Saraburi province.

Luang Phor Chuen was born into a farmer family. Luang Phor Chuen was novice at the age of 15 for studying Dharma and Samati until 18 year old. Luang Phor Chuen leaved the Buddhist monkhood and when back to his family.

Luang Phor Chuen helped his family by 3 year until the age of 21 when he was finally ordained as a monk at Wat Kau Loy, Saraburi province. Luang Phor Chuen has learning Dharma and Bali grammar. Luang Phor Chuen has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way. Luang Phor Chuen passed the test of the third grade by 3 year only. Luang Phor Chuen started to study Magic and Psychology with Guru Monk of Wat Kau Loy until his succeed. After that, Luang Phor Chueen went to Tudong for building up knowledge of Visha and Buddhism way.

Also, Luang Phor Chueen searched instructor monk for study knowledge of magic charms continuously. Until Luang Phor Chuen when to Wat Yan Sen of the Ayutthaya province. Luang Phor Chuen was the first monk who succeed in “Rat Ta Na Juk” Visha and popular for his knowledge in both holy Dharma and Visha. Luang Phor Chuen has always welcomed any visitor regardless of class and background and Luang Phor Chuee treated everybody equally. Luang Phor Chuen’s amulets are very popular and have the experience for protection. When Luang Phor Chuen has been making the amulet, Luang Phor Chueen always used “Rat Ta Na Juk” Visha to bless properly the amulet therefore his amulet very strong. Luang Phor Chuen was Abbot of Wat Yan Sen, Ayutthaya province.

Luang Phor Chueen has been one of the most famous present-time. Luang Phor Chueen passed away on 17 June 2003 at the age of 97 year old.

龙婆川是大城府省瓦印醒佛寺的住持。龙婆川是近代其中一位很有名的师傅。龙婆川的修为连圣僧龙婆嘟瓦刹骑佛寺都称赞（四面神名师，能与四面神神通，并被称为龙婆托转世的圣僧），龙婆嘟曾经说过：“如果有一天我圆寂了，你们可以去找龙婆川”。可见龙婆川修为之高。龙婆川于佛历2546年6月17日圆寂，享年96岁。龙婆川圆寂后七天虽即火化，但火化前肉身并未出现腐坏征兆。而且火化后发现多段如水晶般透明的遗骨，可见大师修为极高。
