Luang Phor Ngern (龙婆银) Maha Sarakham 泰国东北部的一个省。现任Wat Nong Lao 的主持，Nachuek区僧团的主席。现今72岁。
师傅9岁出家为比丘，(小和尚) 到了20岁正式成为僧侣52年pansaa至到现在。值属Phra Kru Samanakit Koson (Luang Pu Thong) 的徒弟。
Luang Pu Thong 圆寂于1980年 5月29 号。78 岁 ，68年 Pansaa (pansaa 是做和尚的首夏节) 。徒弟32位，最后，徒弟们一致推荐Luang Phor Ngern 为 Wat Nong Lao 的主持至今。

龙婆銀高僧是一位慈悲为怀的僧人，为信众们诵经祈福都是按步就班親力親为，实在很難得。
讲经说法，禅修打坐实習成佛必备法门，因此，龙婆银于2015年就筹建设立一间讲经堂, 经已派上用途。
Phra Putiyang 佛相是唯一独有特征兴建于Wat Nong Lao 。于年2016兴建Putiyang 大佛高十九米宽三十米，至今已完成了九十巴仙，明年四月份将举行一场盛大又壮观的开幕典礼。

By the age of 20, he officially became a monk for 52 years panssa until now. Disciple to the name of Phra Kru Samanakit koson (Luangpu Thong).
Luang Pu Thong died on May 29, 1980. 78 years old, 68 years Pansaa (pansaa is the first summer festival for monks). Among 32 disciples, the last disciple unanimously recommended Luang Phor Ngern as the host of Wat Nong Lao.

Luang Phor Ngern is a person who full of compassionate. He lead meditation and prayers accordingly without failed. It is really hard to get a master similarly.
Dharma learning and practice meditation are the method to achieve Buddhahood. Therefore, Luang Phor Ngern had built up a dharma hall in 2015, which has already been used.
Phra Putiyang Buddha is the only unique feature built at Wat Nong Lao. In the year of 2016, the Putiyang Buddha was built with 19 meters height and 30 meters width. It have completed 90 percent and will be held a grand opening ceremony in the April of year 2020.
