Phra Toh Hak is also known as Wealth Buddha to the Thai and the meaning of Toh Hak is Broken Table. LP Thong of Wat Sampaocher met Phra Toh Hak during his meditation and consecrated the first image in B.E.2529. There wasn't a name for this buddha at first, then a Thai devotee that is running a business wore it and that day his business was so good that his table broke due to the overwhelming customers. Price for the first batch have already skyrocket. LP Thong pass away peacefully on 26th April B.E.2554.
