Yaa Wasana Jindamanee (herbal pills), Kruba Sak, Mon Sai Thong Bodhisatt, Lampang.

Size : 0.8 cm / 0.9 cm Available : 2 pills Yaa (herbs) Jindamanee or Yaa Wasana (good fortune from past good deeds) can be traced back to be originated from Somdej Phra Panarat, Wat Pha Kaeo of the Sri Ayutthaya era and the teacher of King Naresuan the Great. Afterwhich, it was passed down to Luang Pu Boon of Wat Klang Bang Kaew who successfully created and using the sacred herbs to help the people. The word; Jindamanee (or the Chindamani Ball), is a wish-fulfilling jewel with Hindu and Buddhist traditions. It is one of several Mani Jewel images found in Buddhist Scripture. A mani-jewel or (magical jewel) which manifests whatever one wishes for, according to one’s desires, treasures, clothing and food can be manifested, while sickness and suffering can be removed, water can be purified, etc. It is a metaphor for the teachings and virtues of the Buddha. Yaa Wasana Jindamanee was created using herbs which were very scarce and hard to come by. After gathering of the raw ingredients, a sacred ceremony will be conducted in the main chapel of temple on a specific day with the master chanting Buddhist spell throughout the process, from mixing of the herbs, grinding it into fine powder to making into ball-like pill. The lay-practitioners whom were chosen to participated in the making were all required “cleanse themselves” and to follow strictly to their precepts. After the completion of the making of the Yaa Wasana Jindamanee, special ritual will again be conducted to bless the pills on auspicious date and time following exactly to the ancient formula passed down by the grand master. There were many miracles with regards to Yaa Wasana Jindamanee whereby people with strange illnesses consumed it were blessed with recovery and in some rare situation where the sick were miraculously cured from near-death. Besides the above mentioned, Yaa Wasana Jindamanee can also cure person who suffered from black-magic and those being processed by simple consuming the pill and chanting a short mantra. There were also cases where business people will place this tiny pill inside their mouth before meeting clients or during important negotiation to increasing their charisma and most of the time were proven to met with success. Yaa Wasana Jindamanee can also be worn on the body to ward off negative energy, increasing charm and attracting goodness as well as wishing for good jobs etc. The formula of these sacred pills were passed down from generations in Wat Klang Bang Kaew from Luang Pu Boon to Luang Pu Perm to Luang Pu Cher (Jher) to Luang Phor Khong (also know as LP Sanya) and then to Kruba Sak.
Kruba Sak & Luang Phor Khong (also known as LP Sanya) from Wat Klang Bang Keaw. Hand grinding for Yaavasana Jindamanee herbal pills.

Phra Phong (powder form amulet) in the image of Chao Khun Nu-Inn is an amulet that was collected from bricks, clay, and incense powder from important places, ground and pounded together to become the main material for construction.

In 1968, Chao Khun Nu-Inn and his students traveled to the North. Along the way, they stopped at important religious places. In the past, broken bricks falling on the ground around pagodas and stupas were not yet forbidden. When reaching the said location The master would make a mental prayer for scraps of red bricks that were laid out on the ground to be used in making a Buddha image.

Mr. Prawit Lertmongkoltrakul one of the student who joined on this trip told the story of entering the Chiang Dao Cave. Said “The inside of the cave was dark, with only candles lighting the way. The walking surface is rough, so you have to be careful when walking. The deeper you go, the thinner the air becomes. The candle was weak. It was difficult to breathe because of the humidity.” But with the Master's determination to reach the bottom of the cave, the cave that was a puddle of water finally appeared. The monk and his disciples tried to wade through the water to prove that there was a further path. Or not, but no path was found. At the bottom of this cave, Chao Khun Nu-Inn made a mental prayer for the dirt and stones to come back out as well.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————

Chao Khun Nu-Inn had a chance to visit and prayed for the rubble that was laid. Scattered from the skill of diggers looking for amulets.

In addition to the pilgrimage that has the opportunity. Collected the bricks yourself. Many students brought brick scraps and dirt from various places to offer, such as Phra That Phanom, Phra That Na Dun, Phra That Yaku, etc.

Mr. Prawit is responsible for crushing bricks using a mortar and pounding them by hand. As for various substances Chao Khun Nu-Inn would bring it to pound himself, then mix it with herbal powder and various magical powders that he had prepared. Then the Master Chao Khun Nu-Inn will come and catch it to see if it has been found or not. If you get a place, take it. Press to print the amulet, but if it doesn't work, it will be mixed with other parts.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————

The printing press was done by the monk himself, with Luang Ta Tang, who is a monk from the temple, begin helping to press it. As for Mr. Prawit, he was not allowed to press to print.

Many different colors. The mixing of brick scraps, herbal powder, magic powder, each time is different. Some mortars are brick-red in texture. Some powdered mortars are white-yellow in texture. Some mortars are orange-colored. Looks very charming.

Number of builds from asking the teacher Chao Khun Nu-Inn said there were approximately 6,000 of them.
