The Tai Yai carpenter bee with partly gold leaf (Phaya Maeng Phu Kham) carved from old cow wheel (wood) containing mercury inside & gold needle, Male, Roon Phen Phut (Wisak Puja), Kruba Auwichaiya (傣族药王师傅), Wat Kong Mookham, Chiang Tung (B.E.2563).

The body of the Phaya Maeng Phu Kham attached with a piece of small silver plate with code number "63" represent the Buddhist Calendar (B.E.2563) or Year : 2020.

Phaya Maeng Phu Kham, Roon Phen Phut (Wisak Puja), Sow Heart on Wednesday Coincides with the full moon of Wisak (Vesak Day), consecrated and chanted on the lunar eclipse and the day of the solar eclipse. Total gone through a few great blessing ceremony by a few Geji Archan. The Final step chanting on Loy Krathong (November 2020).

Total made : 16 pairs (1 Male & 1 Female). But only 10 pairs are open for public to worship. Extremely limited edition.

Phaya Maeng Phu Kham
These are insects with a sting for weapons like carpenter bees, sawflies and the like. These insects are carved from wood (cow wheel) or ivory. Nowadays, they are even cast from metal or the real insects are stuffed and coated with gold leaf or paint with magic incantations spoken over them. It is believed to protect against danger and evil things and to change the enemy's mind from wanting to hurt one. Most Tai Yai keep 5 bees on the shrine shelf and carry one with them. Gold shops in Shan State or Myanmar put one on a raised tray to prevent robbery.

A Tai Yai relates that King Naresuan of Thailand died in Mueang Hang due to Burmese King using this kind of empowered insect to attack him.

The wooden carved bee with mercury and a sting put inside it of the Tai Yai had following abilities:

2. Bring good luck and business success
3. Protecting from dangers
4. Counteracting the superstition methods of attack
5. Keeping robbers away
6. Protecting children from being hurt
7. Protecting from danger during a journey and making one beloved by people and angels.

泰艾(掸族 或 傣族)木匠蜂一部份贴上金箔(Phaya Maeng Phu Kham)里面含有水银与金针使用旧牛车轮木雕刻而成。雄性, 古巴 Auwichaiya (傣族药王师傅), Wat Kong Mookham, Chiang Tung (B.E.2563).

木匠蜂的身体上贴有代号为 “63” 的小银片,代表着佛教日历(B.E.2563)或西历年份:2020年。
